Tom Mortensen, Senior Scholar at Postsecondary Educational Opportunity (www.postsecondary.org) has been compiling and updating a data set comparing incidences of many health and educational outcomes for boys and girls for years. In April 2019, Mark J. Perry, PhD, a scholar at the American Enterprise Institute, Professor of Economics at the Flint campus of the University of Michigan, and the creator and editor of the Carpe Diem blog, updated the information.
